Today in cooking tech my group made truffles. Making truffles was very fun and yum. If you don’t know what truffles are it is a mixture of crushed oreos, cocoa powder, condensed milk and either coconut or peanuts or both. My buddies and I decided to put the peanuts in the mixture and roll them in the coconut after. The finished product was very tasty.
